Starting June 23, tours depart daily Tuesday through Sunday. Our whale watching trips depart 6 days a week, Tuesday through Sunday, at 10:00am from the Camp Ellis Pier, 2.5 miles south of Old Orchard Beach. Continue down the Saco River and into Saco Bay, one of the most prolific marine ecosystems on the east coast. Seals and harbor porpoise are a common sight as we leave the river. After an 11 mile cruise to Tanta’s Ledge, less than an hour from the river, we have an opportunity to see an assortment of Maine marine life. Including such animals as Humpbacks, Finbacks, Minkes, Sei Whales, Right Whales, Pilot Whales, Atlantic White-Sided Dolphins, Blue Sharks, Basking Sharks, and Ocean Sunfish. Our trips last 4 hours and will return around 2:00pm. Beverages and snacks, including soda, bottled water, chips, crackers, and candy are available onboard.
